I have seen the saddle you refer to. It is very similar to the Waltz Drawing and could be it. If there are cliffs below both sides of your saddle, you are on the right track. I have been surprised that more specific locations of such a view have not been mentioned before yours as there are more then a few such views. Some of them are smaller then the one you mentioned, but none are larger. I put a lot of stock in that drawing and believe, as I have mentioned before, that I have found the correct one.
