Considering the people involved in this thread, I think all of the posts make perfect sense.

It may be that you are just expecting too much. Anyone who places Wiz's posts at the top of the "sense" list is suspect. You should reconsider your appraisal of the posts.

Wyatt..... has obviously done some research here. His problem is that he does not really understand what he reads, just thinks he does. Kino's "rose colored glasses"

is a classic example.

Can any one prove these are real with photos?
Does anyone on here have an in the field picture of a rock carving depicting Loki?
Or a carving of Thor?

What doe's the cresent moon shape on the ear of Loki Represent? Look for it with your Rose Colored Kino Glasses if any of you have ordered a pair of them yet. If not, you better get some.

Couple of things about this statement: Does "us" mean each and everyone of your identities? How do we know they will each accept the same evidence?

If you mean the rest of the forum, by "us", than you may be presuming a bit too much. Us conotates that you may be a friend, or are part of our group. Speaking for myself only, that is not true.

Here is the situation, as I see it. We tolerate you, just as Thor tolerated Loki. He was not a "pal" nor a friend. He was a nuisance and an ass. They kept him around for laughs, and we do the same with you.

It really works for both sides, as things have been a little slow around here. We get a load of laughs, and you imagine that someone may be taking you seriously.

You are holding up your end of this deal in a grand style.

*chuckles* Man - I didn't know Norse mythology would come into it all - though I regretted for a moment that I used 'Loke' (or Loki if you will) as a handle rather than 'Tor' (or Thor if you spell it in English). Yup - 'Tor' with his hammer was the God of Thunder and when he used his hammer the world would tremble in awe ...
It seems that some of the members are lot more versed in Norse mythology than myself, so I shall refrain from making too many comments and get caught out *lol* - that would be just too embarassing for an ole Norseman ...

There have been suggestions that the Knights of Templar are involved - in which case certain references to Norse mythology might not be too surprising. However, I do believe that some of the ancient rites and beliefs are fairly universal - you will find them under different guises in most civilizations - so why not also with the apaches?

Good to see you are still looking in on us. Not much sense getting involved in many of the conversations going on here, so your prolonged silence is understandable.

My guess would be that you probably know more about Norse mythology than anyone else on this forum. Most of my own knowledge comes from a good many years ago.

You are correct when you say: "some of the ancient rites and beliefs are universal". The names and the stories from the Norse legends are especially close to the Indians of the Southwest, and in particular the Apache and Navaho.
